Brakes Student Chef Team Challenge is a leading culinary competition. It is open to teams of full-time hospitality or catering college students. The challenge provides an opportunity for student chefs to showcase their talents. The National Final of the 2012 challenge was held on Monday 27th February at Hotelympia. Congratulations go to The Manchester College who were crowned the winners. Stay tuned for the 2013 challenge.
